Character is pre-textured with custom shader and pre-rigged (ready to animate/pose)
Using Blender 4.5

If the IK- Rig isn't showing in blender try to unhide the "Rig" object in the outliner.
The VFX section on the back of his coat has been deleted due to me being unable to properly recreate it.
